The Magic of Fatherhood | nanscapes.com

What makes fatherhood so much fun? Additional responsibilities and new tasks lie ahead. After exploring, you now finally decided to become a dad. Leaving a part of your bachelorhood does not mean that everything is lost. You are just about to enter another chapter in life.

Discover your outdoor adventure. It may be summer or not there?s always a time for kids to go out with them, camping, biking, hiking or boating. That means kids are always ready to hit the outdoors. This activity is a perfect adventure for the whole family.

Camping may be a great adventure. Go biking with your kids and feel the gust of wind caressing gently your face. Hiking is also a great deal of adventure and fun. Watching nature and smelling the fresh air is truly a rejuvenating feeling.

Stargazing at night is just as amazing as the other activities. This is both for kids and adults.

The heavenly bodies are such lovely sight to behold. It?s as if the stars are going to fall down. The starts are beaming with their smile amidst the dark velvety skies.

Kids are always fond of their dads. Usually dads always give what their kids want without the knowledge of the mother. Kids always say they have the world?s best dad that no one could ever compare. I know a story about an expectant father who really wished God would give him a son. Luckily, his prayers were heard and his wish was granted. The mother gave birth to a bouncing baby boy. As the boy grows up, he becomes so movable and seems not to fall asleep when cradled to bed. The father patiently took care of the little one since the mother was always out because of work. The boy cannot just be left alone under the care of a nanny.

So, the father had to stop working just to take care of the tot since he was the only child.

Other kids say they enjoy the company of their dad walking in the yard, watering the plants and picking up things. It?s a training for kids to do things all by themselves, which some fathers have not allowed their kids to do so. Spending time together is indeed an excellent way to bond with your kids.

Some dads help our dreams and imagination grow. They wanted us to keep our dreams alive so we would someday reach our aspirations in life. Truly, nothing beats the love of the father. Without him, the family wouldn?t stand as sturdy as it is. It is from our fathers that we take our strength from that no matter how tumultuous life seems our family still emerges triumphant amidst all of it.

Our fathers are our security blankets. Remember when we were still young and we were afraid of the monsters creeping underneath our beds? We would usually curve ourselves like a ball on the sides of our daddy. In their, we feel so safe and no one could ever held arm and harm us. Cheers to all the best dads in the world!

What goes through the mind of a man who finds out he is going to be a father for the first time? Is it fear? Is it shock? Is it excitement? Is it some amalgamation of all three of these feelings? You can be sure that there will definitely be some anxiety involved. It can be something planned or unexpected, but the reaction will be the same. What do you do once the initial shock wears off? How does he plan for something that he has probably never even thought about until now?

Nervousness about whether he will know how to be a good father will probably hit first. These feelings are natural and can happen to any man. You have nine long months to get used to the idea. Waiting on the impending arrival of the new baby will teach you many things about fatherhood, and you wife will be the one to teach you. Oh, also be aware that hormones will play a pretty big part in how your wife reacts to many things, and some of them won?t make any sense, but just go along with her, no matter how strange her request seems to be.

You?ll live longer that way!

Accompany your wife to all her doctor?s visits, so that you know what is going on, and are able to keep up with the health and growth of your baby. A little knowledge is a powerful thing, remember? Your wife may appear to be brave and fearless, but it?s new and frightening to her also. Together, you can survive those nine months and learn a little something about your impending fatherhood.

Spend some time getting that nursery ready. Even though your wife might make what seems to you to be unreasonable requests, it?s all part of the pregnancy process. Bear with it, and help her all you can. Working together to prepare for the birth will bring you closer.

Talk to your friends who have been through it before.

They can give you a lot of little tips and insights that you didn?t know about. Drive them crazy with questions if you must! Learn, learn, and learn some more. Read books on childbirth, and raising a new baby. If you know a little about what to expect, coping will be a bit easier.

Spend your time baby-proofing the home. Yes, it?s a bit early, but it will help take your mind off other things. Discuss names for the baby, make future plans, daydream about your child becoming something great in life, work out a financial budget, and above all, support your wife. Be there for her if she needs to talk, or cry. Her changing hormones will make her do many things she never did. Understand that the mood swings are not her fault. You will get through those nine months, and come out with the knowledge that while you may make mistakes along the way, it?s all a part of being a parent, and a dad.
