Cross Tattoos: Designs That I Love | theworldisyourcampus.com

Rihanna Turns Tattoo Artist | The FABlifeI love some Cross Tattoos. Well, this liking of mine is not to be ashamed of. I am even willing to announce it to the whole world. It will be my pleasure to tell everyone about my love for tattoos with cross designs. For a lady, such liking is really weird. But there are really rare cases in everything. Consider my case as a rare one in terms of interest on tattoo. You can never blame me for developing such liking. I was brought up in a family of tattoo artists. Yes! My Mom also is a very good tattoo artist. It was even her who introduced me to tattoos with cross designs. Well, she is a master of the cross tattoo designs. She really developed her skill on making such design. My father, on the other hand, was contented on making any tattoo design. My brother is also a tattoo artist. Since I didn?t inherit the skill in making tattoos, I am contented in looking at my family members? work.

Tote Bags Are More Than Just Carryalls | Business Blog

If you travel often, you may spend money of souvenirs. One of the most useful of souvenirs that you can purchase is a tote case. You will find tote bags almost anywhere your travel, whether you are going for an overnight trip, or on an international vacation. No one would think of traveling without one or more tote bags.

When I travel, I always find that I need at least one more handbag to return home with than I brought with me. Often a tote bag is the perfect size to grab those last minute items from the hotel for the return trip home. I always tuck one flat in the luggage, just in case I do not find a new one that I want to purchase for the trip. They are the perfect size for an additional carryon case for the plane. Apart from that, they are no where near as costly as d a designer handbag.

Most handbags are about a foot wide and one and one-half feet tall. While they are made of many materials, canvas seems to be the most durable and it can be thrown into the washing machine if the handbag gets dirty.

Tote handbags are a great gift for teachers. They can transport papers to and from school for grading. Demonstration projects can be gathered together and transported to school in a tote case. They are study enough to transport text books too.

I am also a crafter. I find that I am able to keep all the supplies needed for a craft in one tote case so that I do not have to go searching through my craft room to get the supplies that I need. Tote carryalls are the perfect size for skeins of yarn and pattern books. I would never travel without one of my trusted tote bags.

Tote handbags are also great re-usable shopping bags. They are much more interesting than those cheap carryalls sold by stores. They are also more durable. Each time you shop, you can be reminded of a fun family trip as you bring home the your supplies.

The Magic of Fatherhood | nanscapes.com

What makes fatherhood so much fun? Additional responsibilities and new tasks lie ahead. After exploring, you now finally decided to become a dad. Leaving a part of your bachelorhood does not mean that everything is lost. You are just about to enter another chapter in life.

Discover your outdoor adventure. It may be summer or not there?s always a time for kids to go out with them, camping, biking, hiking or boating. That means kids are always ready to hit the outdoors. This activity is a perfect adventure for the whole family.

Camping may be a great adventure. Go biking with your kids and feel the gust of wind caressing gently your face. Hiking is also a great deal of adventure and fun. Watching nature and smelling the fresh air is truly a rejuvenating feeling.

Stargazing at night is just as amazing as the other activities. This is both for kids and adults.

The heavenly bodies are such lovely sight to behold. It?s as if the stars are going to fall down. The starts are beaming with their smile amidst the dark velvety skies.

Kids are always fond of their dads. Usually dads always give what their kids want without the knowledge of the mother. Kids always say they have the world?s best dad that no one could ever compare. I know a story about an expectant father who really wished God would give him a son. Luckily, his prayers were heard and his wish was granted. The mother gave birth to a bouncing baby boy. As the boy grows up, he becomes so movable and seems not to fall asleep when cradled to bed. The father patiently took care of the little one since the mother was always out because of work. The boy cannot just be left alone under the care of a nanny.

So, the father had to stop working just to take care of the tot since he was the only child.

Other kids say they enjoy the company of their dad walking in the yard, watering the plants and picking up things. It?s a training for kids to do things all by themselves, which some fathers have not allowed their kids to do so. Spending time together is indeed an excellent way to bond with your kids.

Some dads help our dreams and imagination grow. They wanted us to keep our dreams alive so we would someday reach our aspirations in life. Truly, nothing beats the love of the father. Without him, the family wouldn?t stand as sturdy as it is. It is from our fathers that we take our strength from that no matter how tumultuous life seems our family still emerges triumphant amidst all of it.

Our fathers are our security blankets. Remember when we were still young and we were afraid of the monsters creeping underneath our beds? We would usually curve ourselves like a ball on the sides of our daddy. In their, we feel so safe and no one could ever held arm and harm us. Cheers to all the best dads in the world!

What goes through the mind of a man who finds out he is going to be a father for the first time? Is it fear? Is it shock? Is it excitement? Is it some amalgamation of all three of these feelings? You can be sure that there will definitely be some anxiety involved. It can be something planned or unexpected, but the reaction will be the same. What do you do once the initial shock wears off? How does he plan for something that he has probably never even thought about until now?

Nervousness about whether he will know how to be a good father will probably hit first. These feelings are natural and can happen to any man. You have nine long months to get used to the idea. Waiting on the impending arrival of the new baby will teach you many things about fatherhood, and you wife will be the one to teach you. Oh, also be aware that hormones will play a pretty big part in how your wife reacts to many things, and some of them won?t make any sense, but just go along with her, no matter how strange her request seems to be.

You?ll live longer that way!

Accompany your wife to all her doctor?s visits, so that you know what is going on, and are able to keep up with the health and growth of your baby. A little knowledge is a powerful thing, remember? Your wife may appear to be brave and fearless, but it?s new and frightening to her also. Together, you can survive those nine months and learn a little something about your impending fatherhood.

Spend some time getting that nursery ready. Even though your wife might make what seems to you to be unreasonable requests, it?s all part of the pregnancy process. Bear with it, and help her all you can. Working together to prepare for the birth will bring you closer.

Talk to your friends who have been through it before.

They can give you a lot of little tips and insights that you didn?t know about. Drive them crazy with questions if you must! Learn, learn, and learn some more. Read books on childbirth, and raising a new baby. If you know a little about what to expect, coping will be a bit easier.

Spend your time baby-proofing the home. Yes, it?s a bit early, but it will help take your mind off other things. Discuss names for the baby, make future plans, daydream about your child becoming something great in life, work out a financial budget, and above all, support your wife. Be there for her if she needs to talk, or cry. Her changing hormones will make her do many things she never did. Understand that the mood swings are not her fault. You will get through those nine months, and come out with the knowledge that while you may make mistakes along the way, it?s all a part of being a parent, and a dad.

A majority of online marketers only choose to place an opt in form on their site and think that they will get good responses. However, if your truly want to get results that last, you have to have the right landing page. Do not turn things into a complex matter. You should focus on getting plenty of prospects to convert. Also, ensure that your landing page relates to the product that your promote.

Make your subscribers feel special by having content that only they can see. This will make your blog more like a membership site. This will only work if your subscribers find enough value in your content. The whole idea here is to create compelling content that is reserved for your subscribers. The easiest way to do this is to set up a page on your WordPress blog that?s set to ?private.? If you want results from your list, you have to keep your subscribers satisfied. The more valuable your content, the happier and more responsive your subscribers will be.

Make sure the video is minimal, as well as simple and succinct. Your objective here is to tell your prospects what they can expect from signing up for your list. Furthermore, you can disseminate this video on video sharing sites, such as YouTube. When you?re writing your landing page?s copy, try to keep it short and to the point. Building your list successfully goes hand in hand with a good, worthy landing page. And if your landing page does not have the right sales copy, it will not obtain many conversions. Anything that you do to make your sales copy better will get you more conversions. Write sale copy that goes right in line with the way that your target market thinks. Parting Schotts: Mingoia, Vasaturo in Union lineup for crucial game against Colgate

Right winger Trevor Mingoia and defenseman Charlie Vasaturo will be in the Union lineup tonight when the eighth-ranked Dutchmen face No. 20 Colgate in the ECAC Hockey regular-season finale at Starr Rink. Faceoff is 7 p.m.

Mingoia will play on a line centered by Kyle Bodie, with Kevin Sullivan on the left side. Max Novak, who played right wing in Friday's 3-2 loss to Cornell, moves to center, replacing Mark Bennett.

Vasaturo takes Taylor Reid's spot on defense.

The Dutchmen are tied for first with Cornell. Union can still get the top seed for the ECAC Hockey tournament. There are two scenarios. The Dutchmen need a win and a Cornell tie or loss to RPI, or Union gets a tie and Cornell loses. If Union and Cornell are tied at the end of the night, both teams will win a Cleary Cup, but Cornell would get the top seed by virtue of winning the season series.

Here is the Union lineup, starting with the forwards (LW-C-RW):
Matt Hatch/Kelly Zajac/Wayne Simpson
Cole Ikkala/Max Novak/Sam Coatta
Kevin Sullivan/Kyle Bodie/Trevor Mingoia
Daniel Carr/Jeremy Welsh/Josh Jooris

The defensive pairings are
Mat Bodie/Shawn Stuart
Nolan Julseth-White/Charlie Vasaturo
Shane Gostisbehere/Greg Coburn

Troy Grosenick starts in goal.

Unfortunately, once again I am not on the road this weekend. But I will be updating the game on Twitter (@slapschotts) and here on the blog.

Union chief Billy Hunter pleased at halfway point

At the halfway point of an already whirlwind NBA season, union leader Billy Hunter is pleased overall while still reserving judgment about the game in the aftermath of the prolonged lockout.

"Obviously the TV ratings are up. The attendance is up. Merchandising is up. So all the signs are positive, that's what I'm getting from (NBA Commissioner) David (Stern)," Hunter said Saturday. "The early report is that things are positive."

After a summer spent haggling mostly over revenue sharing, Hunter said the union is waiting to see the first official revenue figures from the league.

Early indications are the players will be pleased with what they eventually see.

The league shares its financial projections with the players' association on a quarterly basis, and the next update is due in March. Adam Silver, the NBA's deputy commissioner and chief operating officer, has informally conveyed to Hunter that the numbers are higher than expected.

There are several reasons for the positive numbers, but Hunter did allude to the recent surge in popularity of New York Knicks point guard Jeremy Lin as one possible culprit.

Hunter said he's not at all surprised that the league has been able to rebound so swiftly after a contentious summer.

"I believed that the electricity was in the air and what was going to happen was the same thing that happened to football," Hunter said. "(There was) just a groundswell of support when the NFLPA and NFL got their deal. Everybody was concerned of whether there would be a problem or downturn, and it didn't happen.

"I think the appearance of some of the new talent that they either weren't aware of before or the ones that we've seen that have kind of upped their game, and I think it's a time where people are impressed and turned on."

As far his satisfaction level with the new collective bargaining agreement that allowed for the compressed 66-game season, Hunter said he isn't ready to offer judgment just yet.

"I think it's too early to tell," he said. "I think when you look back at the players that were free agents that signed this past summer, the guys that we anticipated that would get paid got paid. That's what the system allows. So I think when some of the free agents come out this season, I think you're gonna see the same kind of response with what teams step up.

"It's not that they're not gonna be in a position to pay the players. The players deserve it."

Hunter will be looking at specific numbers when he measures the effect of the new agreement on free agency.

"The criteria is at what level guys sign, what they sign for and the length of the contracts," he said. "I think it's more about revenue sharing. I don't think the owners of the teams can sit back and say they have a problem with the ability to pay players and be able to make money. I think they got revenue sharing and many other things that they wanted."

Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban recently told CBSSports.com that from his fellow owners' perspective, how they feel about the new deal may take even longer - perhaps as much as three or four years. Cuban even alluded to the possibility of the owners choosing to exercise their option to opt out of the 10-year deal in six years.

That did little to rattle Hunter's optimism about the future, though.

"We're not intimidated by that," Hunter said. "Trust me, all of that is just, how can you characterize that? It's a lot of hot air."

How Do We Get Started Buying A Home? | Rock-n-Roll Real Estate ...

questions

Q: We are recently engaged and looking to find a home. What should our first step be? Also we would like to know how much of a down payment is required or if there are cases where a down payment is not required. We do not have any sort of savings right now so if there are any cases of no down payment that would be best for us. Also since we are young we don?t have much of a credit record yet, how will this affect us?
?Anonymous, Barnegat, NJ

A: Dear Engaged, Congratulations! Life is always an adventure and sharing it certainly helps. I suggest you talk to friends and associates and ask for their recommendations for a GREAT Realtor. This Realtor (and it is appropriate to interview, if you wish) can be sure you talk to a reputable and trustworthy lender who can give you ALL the options for your situation. Loans change almost hourly these days, so definitely speak to a professional lender, even the best agent doesn?t have time to keep up with their business and all loans too! Then start yourself a little notebook. List things you would like in a home and must-have?s. Note the 3 things you cannot live without, and even if you have to save for a little while, this will help you make solid choices when you are ready! And best wishes for your new life!
Ginny Ollis is a Realtor? with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage ? San Diego Mission Hills in San Diego, CA.

A: I am an exclusive buyer agent and the first place I send my new clients is to a good local lender. A good buyers agent will have a name for you to call-no obligation to use that person. Just for information. That person will be able to answer all of these questions. Including whether you have any programs in your area that help you when you do not have a downpayment. Lending rules are tight now so this is not a great time to buy without some savings.
Linda Walters is a Realtor? with Sage Realty LLC in Wayne, PA.

A: Your first step should be getting pre-qualified through a bank or mortgage broker. They will be able to tell you about your credit and your options. There are properties out there called USDA properties. These are rural properties that usually require no down payment. If you go to their website, follow the prompts, it will direct you USDA homes in your area. http://www.resales.usda.gov/sfhdirect/sfh_prop_main.cfm Your next step would be to get a realtor who help you with all these steps and be your advocate in finding your home.
Teresa Parker is a Realtor? with Coldwell Banker Bain in Kent, WA.

A: First contact a lender or loan broker. They can answer most of your questions about down payment or if there are programs in your area to help you. Also, contact a Realtor who may also help with some of those questions. But I wouldn?t start looking until you get your finances in order. This will help the Realtor when writing up your offer. Maybe asking the seller to pay some of your costs could be an option.
Beverly Houlier is a Realtor? with Hilltop Chateau Realty in San Diego, CA.

A: I would first speak to a mortgage broker so that your financials can be gone through to determine if you qualify for a mortgage. If you do qualify for a mortgage then find a Realtor that will help you find a house in your price range.
Ninfa Valella is a Realtor? with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Wilton, CT.

James Sethian and Robert Saye, mathematicians who both hold joint appointments with the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (Berkeley Lab) and the University of California (UC) Berkeley, have won the 2011 Cozzarelli Prize for the best scientific paper in the category of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Their winning paper, "The Voronoi Implicit Interface Method for computing multiphase physics," introduces a robust, accurate and efficient numerical method for tracking large numbers of interacting and evolving regions (phases) whose motions are determined by complex interactions of geometry, physics, constraints and internal boundary conditions.

"This class of numerical methods presents a mathematically unified approach to complex interconnected moving interfaces, and opens the door to computing a host of challenging problems," says Sethian, who heads the Mathematics Group of the Berkeley Lab's Computational Research Division.

Problems that the VIIM can be applied to include dry foams, crystal grain growth, the mixing of multiple materials, and the formation of multicellular structures. These interfaces are the boundaries of individual regions/cells, which are referred to as phases. The physics, chemistry, and mechanics that drive the motion of these interfaces are often complex, and include topological challenges when interfaces are destroyed and created.

"We are currently applying the VIIM to computing drainage in industrial foams, multi-phase mixing, and the stability and evolution of biological cell clusters under fluid and geometric forces," says Saye.

The Cozzarelli Prize is sponsored by the Proceedings of the National Academy of Science (PNAS) to acknowledge papers published during the year in PNAS demonstrate the highest scientific excellence and originality. The annual award was established in 2005 and named the Cozzarelli Prize in 2007 to honor late PNAS Editor-in-Chief Nicholas R. Cozzarelli. Six prizes are awarded in the six broadly defined classes under which the National Academy of Sciences is organized.

Sethian and Saye will receive their prize at the PNAS Editorial Board Meeting on April 29, 2012, in Washington, DC. Papers receiving the 2011 Cozzarelli Prize were chosen from the more than 3,800 research articles published in PNAS in 2011.

It really is better intricate compared to that for the reason that you do have a certain quantity of training to complete, including planning the actual t-shirts, and also advertising your website or writing your site, but there?s you should not carry out complex or high-priced campaigns.

You need to to put your current price ranges based on your current low cost rates. The wholesale price for any imprinted eco-friendly t-shirt might be $17, in order to demand $34 for it and make 100% markup. You could provide a particular promotion at $25 and still help to make $8 on the sale made. You could also build a regular membership site where your own associates pay the monthly charge and therefore are chemise en lin granted for instance, t-shirts totally free for their membership rights or perhaps from absurd value for example $5. The particular lowest you can fee with out making a loss is actually $17 to the above instance, so that you would nonetheless achieve in the event the regular membership has been $20 month to month.

The easiest method to promote t-shirts on the web, and then use it like a money-making internet business, is to provide the t shirts at 100% over the low cost price tag. Takes place internet site as being a simple list website, once you create enough money on the web it is possible to use as well as broaden directly into the areas like standard clothes, additional items or other imprinted promotional gifts pertaining to corporate events.

For now even so, if you would like your own internet business after that discover ways to offer t-shirts online and keep to the over methods and you?ll have created a good start.

World of Warcraft boosts cognitive functioning in some older adults

Wednesday, February 22, 2012

For some older adults, the online video game World of Warcraft (WoW) may provide more than just an opportunity for escapist adventure. Researchers from North Carolina State University have found that playing WoW actually boosted cognitive functioning for older adults ? particularly those adults who had scored poorly on cognitive ability tests before playing the game.

"We chose World of Warcraft because it has attributes we felt may produce benefits ? it is a cognitively challenging game in a socially interactive environment that presents users with novel situations," says Dr. Anne McLaughlin, an assistant professor of psychology at NC State and co-author of a paper on the study. "We found there were improvements, but it depended on each participant's baseline cognitive functioning level."

Researchers from NC State's Gains Through Gaming laboratory first tested the cognitive functioning of study participants, aged 60 to 77, to set a baseline. The researchers looked at cognitive abilities including spatial ability, memory and how well participants could focus their attention.

An "experimental" group of study participants then played WoW on their home computers for approximately 14 hours over the course of two weeks, before being re-tested. A "control" group of study participants did not play WoW, but were also re-tested after two weeks.

Comparing the cognitive functioning test scores of participants in the experimental and control groups, the researchers found the group that played WoW saw a much greater increase in cognitive functioning, though the effect varied according to each participant's baseline score.

"Among participants who scored well on baseline cognitive functioning tests, there was no significant improvement after playing WoW ? they were already doing great," McLaughlin says. "But we saw significant improvement in both spatial ability and focus for participants who scored low on the initial baseline tests." Pre- and post-game testing showed no change for participants on memory.

"The people who needed it most ? those who performed the worst on the initial testing ? saw the most improvement," says Dr. Jason Allaire, an associate professor of psychology at NC State and co-author of a paper on the study.

The paper, "Individual differences in response to cognitive training: Using a multi-modal, attentionally demanding game-based intervention for older adults," is published online in Computers in Human Behavior.

Insanely Strong Molecular Glue, Inspired by Flesh-Eating Bacteria [Science]

If you've ever stuck your fingers together with super glue, you know pain. But imagine sticking them together with glue that bonds materials at the molecular level: that's real pain. It's also what scientists are doing, with the help of flesh-eating bacteria. More »

Adele's 21, One Year Later: Steady As She Goes

Bigger Than the Sound takes a look back at 21's rather remarkable ride on the one-year anniversary of its release in the U.S.
By James Montgomery

Adele in her "Someone Like You" video

Back in olde tymes, if something was a hallmark of consistency and dependability, it was proclaimed to be "so reliable you could set your watch to it."

This was high praise, and not just because watches were, like, the iPhones of their day (minus "Angry Birds," of course). No, there was a time when reliability was actually celebrated in this country, and everything unerring, unchanging or uninterrupted — from Studebakers to Johnny Unitas' haircut — was thusly awarded watch-setting status.

Not surprisingly, that's not exactly how things work anymore. Although, one could make the argument that Adele is doing her best to bring reliability off the back burner (back burners were also fairly common back then, both as a heating source and a simmering surface). Exactly one year ago today, she released her blockbuster 21 album in the U.S., and in the 52 weeks since, it's not only broken records, won an armload of Grammys and singlehandedly revitalized the record industry, it's also become the most dependable thing since Johnny U's flattop.

To wit, 21 has spent a staggering 40 percent of the past year atop the Billboard albums chart, has never been lower than #7, and has held steady in the top three since December. It not only survived challenges from Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, Beyoncé and Rihanna, but sold more copies than all their records combined. Its songs have landed on the Billboard Hot 100, Adult Contemporary, Alternative, Dance, R&B, Rock, Pop and Latin charts and have become so ubiquitous, they were a running gag in a "Saturday Night Live" sketch. It won so many Grammys they just might let Adele give Neil Portnow's keynote speech during next year's telecast.

In short, it has become the kind of thing you can set your watch to — a permanent fixture in popular culture. And, really, when was the last time you could say that about anything, let alone an album?

What's even more amazing is the fact that 21 has accomplished all this almost in spite of Adele herself. She battled vocal issues for most of the year and has played just 34 North American shows in support of the disc. In fact, besides a few television appearances, there's a pretty good chance you haven't actually seen her sing any of the songs off the album, though you've certainly heard them on innumerable radio stations. In that regard, 21 is not only a true crossover sensation, it's a throwback to the glory days of the industry itself, when a handful of singles could push an album for months at a time and platinum plaques were handed out like bottles of water.

One year ago, did anyone think this was possible? Can anyone adequately explain everything that has happened since? The answers are probably "no" on both counts, though for one day, perhaps it's best not to try and figure these things out. Because for 52 weeks, 21 has been so dependable, so dominant, that it has almost become more than just a mere album. It has become the rare zeitgeist-uniting sensation, a career-defining work, a constant in increasingly intermittent times. It is seemingly not of this era, only it has somehow come to define this era, and it shows no sign of slowing down anytime soon.

All those accomplishments not only merit genuine awe, but a well-deserved pause too. As remarkable for its massive sales as it is for its consistency, 21 has spent the past year proving everyone wrong and, in the process, might very well have established the new gold standard for reliability, circa 2012: You can set your iPhone to it. History in the making, people.

Where were you a year ago when Adele's 21 was released? Let us know in the comments!

A faster way to catch cells

New microfluidic device could be used to diagnose and monitor cancer and other diseases

Separating complex mixtures of cells, such as those found in a blood sample, can offer valuable information for diagnosing and treating disease. However, it may be necessary to search through billions of other cells to collect rare cells such as tumor cells, stem cells or fetal cells. "You're basically looking for a needle in a haystack," says Sukant Mittal, a graduate student in the Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology (HST).

Mittal and his colleagues at MIT and Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) have now demonstrated a new microfluidic device that can isolate target cells much faster than existing devices. Such technology could be used in applications such as point-of-care diagnostics and personalized medicine.

The researchers describe their results in the Feb. 21 issue of Biophysical Journal. Other authors of the paper are Ian Wong, a postdoc at MGH and Harvard Medical School (HMS), MIT chemical engineering professor William Deen, and Mehmet Toner, a professor of biomedical engineering at MGH, HMS and HST.

Researchers have used a number of techniques to sort cells based on differences in size, density or electrical properties. However, since the physical characteristics of cells can vary significantly, these techniques risk separating cells incorrectly, leading to an erroneous diagnosis. A more specific way to isolate cells is to use antibodies that latch on to distinctive molecules displayed on the surfaces of the target cells.

However, this selective approach only works if the target cells come into contact with the antibodies designed to capture them. This is unlikely to happen when the cells are moving at relatively high speeds.

"Imagine you're standing on a bridge over a river, and you throw a message in a bottle out in the middle," Wong says. "If the river is moving really slowly, you could imagine that eventually the bottle will drift over to the riverbank and somebody can grab it. But if the river is flowing too quickly, then the bottle is swept downstream without ever approaching the sides."

That's the problem the team needed to solve, Wong says: "Can we steer the bottle toward the riverbank so that it can get caught?" To achieve that, the MIT and MGH researchers designed their device to guide the fluid toward the bottom of the channel as it flows, bringing more of the cells in contact with the antibodies. Key to their new design is the use of a soft membrane with nanoscale pores, which separates two adjacent microchannels.

Cells enter one channel only, and as they flow through the channel, the fluid is rapidly drawn to the porous divider, bringing the cells with it. Fluid can pass into the other channel, but the cells cannot. Once they reach the surface, they start rolling slowly enough that target cells have time to attach to the antibodies and get captured, but fast enough to keep the other cells moving. Such rolling behavior is similar to how white blood cells or stem cells selectively "home in" to sites of infection and injury in the body.

One potential application for these devices is to isolate cancer cells from patient blood samples. Toner's group has previously shown that the number of circulating tumor cells in the bloodstream correlates with the clinical response to treatment in a given patient, suggesting the potential for personalized medicine for cancer patients.

"Considerable validation and testing will be necessary before this early-stage device can be deployed in the clinic," Toner says. "Nevertheless, this novel approach may enable exciting diagnostic and therapeutic opportunities that are not feasible using existing technologies."

These are all the files people within the system may come in counter with some lethal, some annoying, and others dangerous. You may add files but I must approve before I/you place it on here. The file types are placed into five categories:

Tracking Files: Files with the objective to track down corrupted files and inform other files to the location, if possible these files will destroy the files on their own. These files are also able to collect and retain information on the files they come in contact with. Note of advise: If these files obtain your identity, kill them if possible because they will not cease their task of tracking you down.

Swarming Files: Files that are grouped in large numbers due to their small size, they deem a threat only if they are in large groups. These files are the only files able to call in reinforcements, usually the reinforcements are the same files as them.

Freezers
Threat: None
